Project brief
Side and rear extension at ground floor as well as rear extension at 1st floor and loft conversion. The works resulted in a large kitchen and dining area with a utility room and under stairs toilet at ground floor level and an extra bedroom at 1st floor level. The loft was converted to accomodate two bedrooms and one bathroom. The focus was to create a contemporary design but retain many of the original features, improving the amount of light and maximising the space. By reconfiguring the general layout and adding the proposed extensions, a larger, lighter, and better configured space is created.
