Villabate School

The project competed to the competition for a school located in Villabate, a village close to Palermo – Italy, winning the second prize. Ideated as a new sustainable and innovative building, the scheme includes classrooms for students along with other spaces to make the building a real cultural centre usable for the whole community: workshops, library, playroom, gym, canteen, playground, auditorium, squares and agorà. Wood as sustainable material. Curtain wall to ensure contact with nature.
